The Salon Manager is responsible for co-ordinating and managing all salon activity. You must ensure that each client receives a professional, high standard service on every visit. This is achieved by directing, managing and leading a high performing, service and customer focused hairstyling team, in line with Hype policies, and under the direction of the Managing Director. The Salon Manager is responsible for the efficient running of the salon and achievement of identified and agreed targets in the following areas; reception, client care, client service, stock and cash management, staffing levels, administration, hygiene management, retail, team development, marketing and public relations while all the time directing and developing the salon team’s activities in accordance with changing business requirements and markets.
